2021 Internship Program
Internship Guidelines
- Intern nominees must be students enrolled in studies at an institution that uses Jenzabar software
- Nominees must complete on an on-campus (or remote) internship that utilizes Jenzabar software and aligns with a Jenzabar project track
- Your nominee should be prepared to attend 2 one-hour Jenzabar training sessions and attend JAM Online
- Specifics such as length of internship, wages, internship start and end date, etc. are left to the discretion of the institution, but should be established with the intern before the start of JAM Online 2021
- Interns must submit a report of their progress, activity, and projects on campus at conclusion of their internship
- Interns will not be employees of Jenzabar, but rather of your institution
Internship Requirements
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is of primary importance to Jenzabar to continue to support the success and opportunities of students at our client schools. Although JAM 2021 will take place online, we believe that the internship program this year can still have a large impact on the lives of your students. The addition of the opportunity for interns to be awarded bonus prize funds in exchange for a stellar post-internship project summary brings a competitive and creative element to our program!- You and your student must decide what project track they are interested in training with at Jenzabar. Each intern must complete a one-hour Jenzabar 101 training and training specific to their project track. If you are unsure of which track to choose, let us know!
- Students will work on campus with their supervisor and will have access to additional assistance from Jenzabar specialists after their training sessions. Once their internship is complete, students/ supervisors will submit a 2-3 page/slide report of their progress, activity, and projects on campus.
- Your intern will be eligible to receive an additional award based on their final project report that they submit at the end of their internship:
- 1st place: $2,500, 2nd place: $1,500, 3rd place: $1,000.
